We will purchase and deliver all the materials needed for your project.

Wood for interior trim will be sanded and painted/stained prior to delivery. Please Note - we will purchase all paint/stain for the entire project. All you have to provide is the vendor, color, and sheen, e.g. (Sherwin Williams, white, semi-gloss). 

We will arrive on the scheduled date by 8:00-8:30AM unless we have determined otherwise with you. 

Table saw(s) and Mitre saw(s) will be set up outside in the front yard or driveway. Under no circumstances will we cut inside the home. If it rains, we will reschedule for another date. 

The interior trim is installed with a pneumatic, finish nail gun and compressor. 

We then prepare the material for finishing (fill nail holes, sanding, caulking). 

Finally, we will apply touch-up paint/stain to the material. We will also do touch-up paint with your wall colors.This is not paint that we will provide or purchase. We will need all the colors for the rooms we will be working in. 

Payment is accepted upon completion of the job.
